Renovation and upgrade of a HSE facility, which is a protected structure. The project incorporated a kitchen, three offices, a section corridor and a stairwell. Demolition to turn key finish using lime mortar finish.
This was a live site with both staff and patients on site for the duration of the project.

St Marys Hall, Portlaoise
Six days from start to finish for St Marys Hall, Portlaoise. We are glad to have the Portlaoise Panthers basketball club training again in dry conditions For the repair Roof barge flashing, gutters and down-pipes were removed and replaced with new high-rise 0.7 PVC coated gutters, 0.7 PVC coated pressed barge flashing were mechanically fixed to concrete gable walls and 100mm down-pipes were fitted with existing crash protection cages. The existing insulated panel and its fixings were removed and repaired. 1.2mm steel top batt purlins were mechanically fixed with EJOT Sapin self-tapper fixings to all of the high panel points. The existing roof panels were cut back and flush with existing steel RSJ. New 0.7 PVC coated metal was pressed and fixed to cover existing steel as a Fascia detail. A Bird guard was fitted as a precaution to keep high airflow volume. A 0.7 PVC box profile sheeting was fitted to the top batt. The Ridgeline is fitted with 0.7 PVC coated capping and foam fillers. All of these works were carried out to certification and specification.
